This is my personal journey to health and wellness. I've struggled with substance abuse and eating disorders for more than half my life and I've decided to be public, open, and honest about my struggles and transformation as I work towards accreditation to be a Life Coach. I have been certified as a Personal Trainer, certified Holistic Nutritionist, Vegan nutritionist and working on NLP certification. Eventually I will be available for coaching - but until then, I will blog and post about my struggles and successes.
